He was thriving in real estate. Bigger paychecks than I’d ever seen. And that’s when it hit me: this was my shot.

In 2016, I became a licensed agent. It was tough at first, and my savings nearly hit zero, but then it clicked. Deals started closing, money started stacking, and soon, I faced a new question: What do I do with this money to make it count?

The answer? Flipping houses.

I partnered with a friend, walked a beat-up house, and realized something powerful: I’d spent years learning exactly what buyers wanted and what sellers would accept. That knowledge was my unfair advantage.

From that first flip forward, everything changed.

• In 2016, first year as an agent: 20 deals, $80k annual income.

• By 2019: 40 deals, $250k annual income.

• By 2021: Over $1,000,000 in annual net profit from investing.

• In 2025: Closing 20+ deals every single month.
